Its been tough for them since Kumtor mine was taken away.  That was a massive cash generating operation.  Should never have been allowed to happen. 
Oksut up and running again will certainly help going forward.
Maybe now is the time for change of direction.
Should look at a merger with larger company with stronger cash flow who can get the moly mines operating/producing asap and invest more cash in Mount Milligan.
