CHINA GOLD INTERNATIONAL REPORTS RESULTS OF ITS ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. has released the results of its annual general and special meeting of shareholders (the AGSM) held on June 29, 2023 (Vancouver time).
A total of 266,425,841 common shares, representing 67.21 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company, were present in person or by proxy at the meeting. The detailed results are presented in the attached table.
