Got one of my stink bids filled today.  This stock may terminate in June at June's N.A.V. (currently $4.37) and not in November due to a proposed merger with DFN.  I see little down side ...more

Hello cdnuturn, Undoubtedly, it will be the NAV which will determine the exchange ratio. Otherwise, shareholders of the issuing company would never pass the resolution as it would be dilutive to their ...more

Depends on what is used as the value of each fund - NAV or Stock Price.Interested in hearing some feedback on this proposal from someone more experienced than I am - which doesn't take much ;-)

Looks to me like they have no intention or courage to extend this fund. No mention of the terms and conditions for extension at all. You have done the right thing - run !!!!

I received this e-mail from Quadravest this morning. I believe that this removes any doubt as to what shareholders will receive at termination. The $29.22 is the combined N.A.V. of both CGQ & CGQ ...more
