Not a chance I believed for shareholders like STEEL, they are able to at the very least, break-even even if they pull-out now with the dividends they have collected, though no capital gain enjoyed (since he said he has been holding-on to his units since inception and never sold before). However, looking at the concept of Time Value of Money, we should not use the dividend earned to make-up for the capital loss when a cutloss action is initiated. Just my view.
If STEEL does not want an extension, and your math is right, then he should sell now before the price drops further as the Termination Date nears.
