Then let me explain. It does reward the debenture holders with a premium because they took a large risk and deserve compensation. But it also rewards unit holders because it removes possible future  dilution via the removal of convertibility options, and the debt is refinanced beteen a combination of cash on hand and lower priced debt.

No idea but it is one positive step. This stovk has been coming back slowly but surely and I believe it is undervalued at this price. I began accumulating this a number of years ago at higher prices thatn this and with higher distributions. Piled in when the price was affected by the distribution cut and COVID. Dollarwise and sharewise this is my largest holding and at current rates nets me just ...more
