Hi again bttmfischer: Unit price actually hit $9.59 earlier today! And we are still patiently waiting on news of the Vancouver real estate transaction ... if, and I repeat if, that goes through we should easily exceed $10 ... depending on how management proposes utilizing the free cash flow arising.
