My anticipation that Industrials would increase to 15% of company 
NAV to 15% on December 31 2021 turned out to be spot-on

By 2025 with the addition of many new large buildings in the 

GTA this share may rise to 20%.  Apartments will rise to about 5% 
but that will not happen until 2030.

By then, CHP.un will spin out the Industrial and Apartments into a new 
REIT just like HR REIT is doing now as this may be the best way to 
maximise the valuation.
