Is this dropping because AC is falling fast?

Is chorus just following AC... I dont know any other reason for the big drop over the last few weeks. I would love to hear your reply is there any other reason for the sell off?

This company still seems like a great investment with a rock solid dividend, why else would there be a sell off at this point?
