Tommy, I don't think you have said one positive comment about CHR ever since I have been reading your posts sadly for quite some time now. I'll go with what the pro's say as opposed to anything you say as you have proven to be wrong 100% of the time. Today my broker forwarded the equity research Q1 outlook and this is what it says:

Price Target Calculation

We arrive at our $6.25 price target by using an 8x P/E multiple on our 2023E EPS estimate, which is in line with where other aircraft leasing companies are trading. We have shifted our price target methodology, using a P/E multiple (previously we used a blended EV/EBITDA and P/E multiple) to reflect aircraft leasing becoming a bigger portion of CHR’s future earnings.
