in a tough market, good absolute and relative performance.

new all time high for chw.  

stock had been digesting gains for the past five months in the low $14 level.    

typically a good sign that share price has churned thru resistance and gets now to a point where there are no shareholders that "get back to breakeven" and elect to sell, which naturally represents resistance for stocks...
