25% increase in dividend payout?

Monthly div goes from .04 to .05. If this sticks going forward thats a 25% increase in the annual payout. They must be doing well. Not sure why the share price hs dropped recently. I have loaded up.

TORONTO, Jan. 20, 2023 /CNW/ - Chesswood Group Limited (TSX: CHW) today announced that a dividend in an amount of five cents per share ($0.05) has been declared for the month of January, payable on February 15, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 31, 2023.
