Thestockguy...those insider shares boiught in September are now 10 to 15 percent cheaper at todays price. Just another case of bad timing. I like CHW and have traded it in the past but the divvy cut is a killer. Suspect many were here for the divvy and that has been all but eliminated...at least temporarily (whatever that means). CHW will see sunnier days but the downtrend is still intact...so not ...more

1condor.  All correct.  Chesswood will need to turn over a bunch of dividend seeking shareholders that now want out.  Based on recent volume, there may be more selling needed.

Thestockguy...I have to say that CHW is on my list...but the list is getting longer day after day with many very good companies now trading at or below 2020 levels. Not to mention a few now at 10 year or all time lows. Thank goodness I was lucky enough to keep some decent on hand.
