RE:SIGN SAYSIf you see the comments below and all the Analysts recommendations, CIGI is a bargain!!! Except, the stock keeps dropping. Even today under heavy volume it only rose 35 cents. Technically this stock has much lower to go. If Q2 resembles Q1, disaster awaits all the institutional shareholders. Any comments - other than wait till you see the 2025 results?
