Is Colliers CIGI a BUY?They tell a really nice story, but real investors don't buy stories, or touchy feelies. Check out the Trailing PE ratio, realities of the Commercial Real Estate Market, Have a cup of strong black coffee, check the short positions, and then ask yourself how realistic is the projected forward PE for someone in the CRE Market, who is maquerading as a REIT? Just lask why RBC always throws in CIGI when talking about REITS.
Action Items: Unload, Short etc. etc. No Long positions when there are so many good stocks.
