CIGI appraisal

How does one relate a forward PE of 14 to a trailing PE of 600? Do the Analysts have any liability for their forecasts? CIGI has GAAP loss of 16 cents vs adjusted earnings of $1.31, is in the vulnerable Commercial Real Estate Business, is heavily exposed to high interest rates, and is being recommended based on 2024 and 2025 projections. Buyer beware.

Barrons says that the fundamentals of this company are so poor that any investment in its shares can only be considered speculative,

Could it finally be breaking down. Traded as low as 108.25 today, A week ago was at 116 USD. Large share reductions by Fidelity Investments, BMO, Mawer Investments and others. RBC is still the Cheerleader..
