I'm voting against too. Total BS.

Our stock drops over 50 percent from its recent high and he gets a higher than 50 percent increase in compensation? These greedy CEO's seem to be everywhere these days. It's never enough for those pricks. Meanwhile most people out there are living pay check to pay check. Inflation is so high too these days.
