So as you can see, the global cooling theory was just a theory held by a small group of scientists, that has become a tool for the misinformed today.

If the Earth were going through a cooling phase, scientists wouldn't be saying anything other than "hey the world is going through a cooling phase". You are obviously young , didn't experience the hype of climate change, the threatened ice age in the 70's. Scientists were very wrong back then, scientists are wrong and often, history is full of examples... here is just a brief example of the hype around the ice age in the 70's, this isn't fake news, we lived it , there is good reason to be very skeptical of these so called scientists.
The current batch of scientists have been caught maniuplating their data time and time again, they get paid to be climate alarmists, the industrial complex that supports this is massive, you don't bite the hand that feeds you...
