Cardinal Energy Ltd. is an oil and gas company with operations focused on low decline oil in Western Canada. RE:RE:Oil down 2%, Cdn Oil Stock Up 1%I should've explained that the reason I don't pay attention to the below is that we have a free and liquid market.  Eventually, intelligent responsible money managers (not the Nuttalls or Schachters of the world) are going to put their client's money in undervalued companies that have a business model able to appreciate the NAV with time. And resource extracting companies don't do that by pi$$ing their cyclical cash flow in dividends.  They instead spend it to build things that will lower their costs and on things that will help them raise the price of their products (both CJ is now doing) and to build up more assets and increase their forward cash flow.
