I don't know if anyone here was involved or remembers Bellatrix Exploration, that should have been a very succesful investment for O&G investors in Canada.
They went on to enter into very clouded JV agreements where they then went on to steal in my opinion from the common shareholders, constantly going to market to water down the value for the common shareholder, making huge gains for the insiders. Where are they now oh yea they declared bankruptcy. Never should have happened but it did and was somehow allowed. How can a publicly traded stock be allowed this type of behavior? JV no accountability to the public float.
Buyer Beware cause we have no protection!!
