Pumpty Dumpty should not be legally allowed to do what he does on BNN. IMHO he should be comeing on the show for the benefit of the investing public for educational purposes. As an insider which he is!  He has dinner with all the major players and thus wink wink nudge nudge the complete real time information, which is fine thats his busines and he is intitled to conduct it he is doing his DD.

A lot of Canadian energy companies are just that, Ponzi schemes. Sadly, the ASC as a Regulator does not enforce the rules, therefore why should anyone else be concerned about the pump and dump mentality in the Canadian securities market. Yes it is a very bad situation we have here in Canada. I don't know if anyone here was involved or remembers Bellatrix Exploration, that should have been a very succesful investment for O&G investors in Canada. They went on to enter into very clouded JV agreements where they then went on to steal in my opinion from the common shareholders, constantly going to market to water down the value
