Cardinal Energy Ltd. is an oil and gas company with operations focused on low decline oil in Western Canada. It is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and production of petroleum and natural gas in the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan. Its operating areas include the Midale, South District, Central District, and North District. RE:RE:RE:Trans Mountain Pipe ImpactYeah, I kind of figured that trying to fill it uncompleted was a bit of a pipe dream (ha!)

I did think that maybe they could do it in sections between pumping stations but I am guessing they will need approvals for the entire line to even partially fill now given that date.
