Manipulation 101?

One week ago all the pundits were calling for oil to go to $150-300 a barrel.Now there are all kinds of reasons why we have too much oil.The oil stocks did not run up as much as they are being pulled down.....go figure!!

Whole sector down 20%, coming back up from oversold now, but the MAIN risks to share price are 1. demand picture changing due to Ukraine Asia lockdowns. Europe economic slowing or maybe global 2. negative market outlook and slowing earnings, again economic slowing If 1 and/or 2 happen and it looks like we're going in that direction, IEA is going to come out and f*ck up the party and ...more

WTI is down 30% and not 20%. Demand destruction?  It was at $140 10 years ago and.  Tap on inflation and we are looking at $185 just to be at a similar level. We had a good run and now it is oversold. Too bad...With China locking down, oil will continue to meet headwinds but it's temporary and I think we are at bottom OR already pretty close.  It's not time to sell, it's ...more
