Oil is dropping again. Now at the lowest level in

a year. I'd like to see Cardinal eliminate the dividend and stop buybacks until they are 100% debt free and then if oil prices allow reinstate the buybacks so that the share price appreciates meaningfully.

Doubt cj management will listen to a short seller on stockhouse dd. Cue rustic post.

Actually, I like what management is doing now.  I enjoy speculating in oil but I like the dividend support while waiting for the (hope for) capital gain.
