Maybe you should skip the drinks and do the conversions... it might surprise you (hint: those times are after the close of buisness in Calgary)...
I noted EST so people can do thier own conversions for their locations, also since the general markets in New York and Toronto operate on standard EST buisness time zone it is appropriate to relate to general market times, Cardinal itself notes 'After Close' (of buisness in the market) not when they close their personal oil store in Calgary... and technically if they are in the office reporting the results someone is still in the office and it is not closed and still conducting its buisness, so that would make your statement false...
