  I think we could hit $14 after the project is online and we are on regular CAPEX with pay down happening/close to complete, and we get 72 cents per year to wait for it...

I'd exspect more then that.  The proven and probable numbers would be more realisistic on a buyout and I doubt management would sell for much less, unless their debt runaway on them and the ...more

Could be the NVDA effect. People are selling now to get into AI. There are signs of profit taking in AI and investments coming back in to Oil and other energy plays

The insiders have a lot of skin in the game and would not let anyone steal the company with a low ball buyout, unless there were major problems which there doesn't seem to be.
