The problem
Cardinal has is it's low float of only 152 million . Fund managers can only buy when a large block wants to sell . A low float is good news for the retail investor when Cardinal starts paying out their excess cash .
Note Nuttall was talking about capital appreciation for his master fund . He didn't say he didn't have it in his dividend fund .Even at $ 9 it has a yield of 6.6 %

I thank Eric today by watching the predicted selloff reaction of the sheeple I was able to gain a nice chuck of change today not concerned about capital gains I was able to exchange all my shares for .35 cents gain in a mere hour. Thx Eric still holding long!!

Nuttall said only a 15% upside?? What a joke there is at least a 40% look at the price of oil
