It's going to make oil fly when they start filling it back up next winter .

July 2021 is was at 621 million barrels

July 2022 it's at 480 million barrels

They are not going to go below 400m barrels. It will put USA in danger and prices very unstable so max 16 weeks of SPR drawback to go...I think they already planning how to buy it back during the winter months...
