Confused & Wonder #2

Wow thanks for all the great feedback. I didnt know l would create that much road dust! Anyway l feel better now and when you think about it the debt is pretty minor compared to other companies out there as one poster pointed out on BTE. I own WCP which has large debt too. I just hope CJ just cleans up the working cap deficiency verbage and just come clean. Getting to zero debt is not necessary but reducing it is. Its actually healthy for a company to have some debt on their balance sheet but thats another story line. Love the div and GLTA.

Exiting q2 we had 62 mil n debt.  Apparently paid 24 mil this quarter in interest. 24/62=38% interest rate.  IMO That is an insane rate!  Not minor!

LOL, ignorance, funny if it didn't cost so much to fix!
