Happy Holidays to all!

I hope everyone on here has a great holiday season.

I am still holding large position in this one.  Resisting buying more in taxable accounts as I am already over exposed.  I can't resist buying more in TFSA and RRSP with monthly dividend.

A little disappointed with the price action for the year as we are down more than the dividend at the moment.  I believe the dividend is safe and we have upside in the share price so there is no reason to panic.

Getting 24k+ a month in dividends makes it easy to wait.

Good luck everyone

24k per month or per year ??? 24k per month means around 500 000 shares  24k per year means around 40 000 shares

all right I got your previous posts and it looks you hold more than 400 000 shares...that's great !!!

24000.00 k a year is not 40000 shares.  $24000 a year is based on 10 months only.  I get close to $2500.00 a month.

What, if I may ask, is your average price excluding divs?
Comment by loopsbutterfly on Dec 23, 2023 11:45am

I have them in 5 different accounts.  The largest block has a cost of $2.60.  I bought some years ago around $7 but then averaged down substantially when it was under $1.

heck of a nice pile.   I was close to that but had to dump a bunch at a loss to off set some captail gains.  Hope to buy them back in end  of Jan

I have a whole bunch too but far much higher than $3.00 per share

Yeah, it was basically dumb luck for me as I probably bought more than I should have.  I did the same thing with a small copper company and thankfully that worked out well also.  Watched the financials closely and looked for some companies trading well below book vailue.   Now treading watching and collecting the dividends.

I am happy for you and you can sleep at night quite well

Maybe in 2024 we'll see 2014 prices. Wishful thinking.
