It's just a SHELF Prospectus.... many companies file these, It's a smart move to always have one on file,,, they espire in about 2 years and need to be re-filed. It may not get exercised but if an opportune moment occurred in the future it can be exercised quickly and used to benefit the company.  Odd to see CJ down with WTI over $85 and WCS over $70.
