Not necesarraly> Daylight energy, Nexen, And  deer creek energy never.  They were held down by short sellers.

I was involved in the Daylight Energy fiasco and the subsequent ASC investigation into what really happened with Daylight Energy. The short sellers had lots of encouragement from both inside and also from outside sources into believing that Daylight was in trouble, when in fact a deal was being hatched behind the scenes with Sinopec the whole time! I did very good too. It was stuck under $4.80 for a week or two and closed at $4.69 the last trading day before it was tooken over.  I think it was thanksgiving long weekend because I just got back from a big game hunting trip.  The day it was tooken over, there was more shares traded then their entire float.

There's no poison pill.  If somebody makes the right offer there sold.  They don't offer anything special then any other small oil company

It is trading below vthe proved and producing number.  Can you tell me some more small oil  companies that do?
