They sold 15% of the total outstanding shares in a week and that isn't fast enough for them? Repricing down lower isn't gonna sell shares faster as people can smell their desperation and will wait for an even lower offer lol.
Was looking at Shaw chart and nobody has made money in 10 years with them, if you bought at the high 20 years ago you are flat lmao. Oh and their shares are still massively overpriced.
Still though at around 6 this is moving back up close to top of board value plays will be picking up a few more here soon enough but no super rush.
Shaw got shares for 11.20ish and selling for low 6s.......brilliance in action. Like seriously they should be only selling in 10% tranches but they ain't that bright.
Shaw has their $6.80 for their shares, it`s the banks that are on the hook for the unsold shares. And I also agree the banks should have made them remove the multiple voting shares. No one without any majority shares should have direction or control of the company. Maybe it was presented but the Shaw`s refused? Poster Griz_online is correct, this would have sold quickly and with much less of a discount had they done this. Now the overhang will linger for months.
