You read the Company's Press Propaganda on wiping out the Shareholders and they make it sound like they just invented Insulin to treat Diabetes, man!!!

They say old shares are becoming new shares with a 1/1 ratio. But at the same time they say all old shares will make for 1% of tot shares post deal . Will the share structure be 189M old shares + 99
