Shaw are 100% out "As a result of the Offering, the Selling Shareholder does not own, control or direct any Class B Shares of Corus. The Selling Shareholder does not own, control or direct any Class A voting participating shares of Corus."
Not sure how it can be more clear that Shaw do NOT have any voting rights. That goes for Shaw Corp, Shaw family, any words that start with Shaw and end in something else.
That is what no indirect control from the last press release says.
