RE:Whats wrong with this stock??????Lack of positive catalysts, Ad revenue way down, smaller ad market and tough competition on price i would speculate, no growth barely treading water with subscription revenue. 
Balance sheet loaded with debt and they may have trouble servicing it if this trend continues.
