Having a tough time understanding why most on this board are weirded out by a low price . It's just a low price .
 

everyone's  trying to come up with reasons , solutions , arguments, negativity whatever .
its just a low price in a low price environment 
is everyone here not seeing that in addition to their required payments , they paid an EXTRA 40 million on their loan last quarter . 

please guys , if you want to buy it , buy it . Short it whatever . Everyone can be right given enough time
