Div. Yielding almost 8% now is it safe or is gonna cut half or fully ????

I am also interested in the dividend. Seems to be safe based on cash flow of $88 million latest q. They paid out $12.5 M in dividends so payout ratio is about 15% of CF latest quarter and 22% based on 6 months CF. They also used up $5,8 million in CF last quarter for buyback which can easily be stopped. Question now is, what does future cash flow look like and how long will this donwturn be?

I really have to question the logic of issuing guidance like this; what's the point?  The message is so vague i have no idea what materially sopftening even means; is that 5%, 10% 20%?  is it just for the enxt couple of months leading into christmas or is that all of next year? So vague it's meaningless and can only lead to an overshoot to the low side as panic sets in.  ...more

Yeah I agree. It is pretty standard for most businesses to see a drop on sales if a recession takes place. This is why we are in a bear market. They were also buying back shares all of JUly and all of August up until last week literally. Did this press release get discussed overnight? Strange. I guess we will find out Tuesday when they present at the BMO conference. I took a small position just ...more
