They usually file the reports around the 9th of the following month. They might stop the buybacks going forward to focus on investing in the implementation of the Pluto TV streaming platform and accelerating debt payments. All options will have a positive impact on their cash flow. Patience will be rewarded. I will keep an eye on the numbers.

I'm sure the best approach on review of the company takes into consideration of all those  indicators ib annual basis e.g. interest payments, debt repayment, dividends per year at .24, share repuchase buybacks.  The company must take review of revenue streams and implementaion of new streaming platforms e.g. Pluto TV.  Hence, all these variables have an important part of the ...more

I would suggest the biggest bang for the buck isn't buybacks, it would be a dividend cut - just that the reajlting  bang would be a hugely negative ban. So they should be stopping the buy back's regardless the current price unless they absolutely know it would not impair the dividend stream

Now, in case nobody here noticed, the market, the press, the shrieky wheel investors , all want to see debt reduction instead. It is a more attractive alternative than it was when rates were much lower, but with yet another rate hike on the horizon, paying down debt seems the prudent thing to do ...more

I have the share buyback all the way up to October but can't find any information for November.  Perhaps, either the release of information is early or there were no shares repurchased.
