Tough Comps and Tax Loss Selling

Any realistic catalysts on the radar for Corus?

Without some significant catalyst, it's difficult to see a scenario where the stock moves higher until consistent growth or at least stability in segment profit and free cash flow... which I don't think will be happening until Q3 next year with good execution.

.... Q1/23 and Q2/23 have really tough prior year comparables and I would expect that Corus is going to see some tax loss selling this December.

The stock looks cheap but my guess is that the share price will continue to struggle in near term.

Agree it's going to be a period to just tune out and check back in 6-8 months from now, in the meantime just collect the nice dividend and reinvest at these discounted prices. The stock will be fine come mid next year.

The stock will see the sunlight once the recession cloud subsides. For now most stocks have to deal with the gloomy forecast of an impending recession. Within a few years the stock will be trading north of $10.
