RE:TMX shows next dividend to be $0.09 ??!!!Yes it is .90 as CIBC had elected to leave the divie unchanged and quite honestly i was happy because while you get less divie it also means it is less money paid to retail shareholders that can help be reallocated to risk management. If CIBC increased the amounts of monies to look after potential bad debt something had done which went against the earings this quarter their growth still offsetted that to give the positive results. I know it is prudent to hold the divie where it is use the otherwise few cents which cumulatively is fair size and either buffer the loss provisions or put into something as i am advocating strong tech backing to more mid level established companies that can grow less in US banks as they are and avoid loaning for mortgages. I would hold that to near 0.

I think CIBC will fall between $71 and $73 as much as i love National Banks $78 from $76 if the poster who posted is right projected news. Shares should not be less than $67 that said i would love to see it settle in 68s.
