Price up substantially on high volume

CMG has increased substantially over the past week.
Results came out and IMO were ok but not great.
Other news is that chairman retired from the board but not sure that means much.
Anyone aware of anything else that would account for the action?

I really don't know why the sudden jump in SP. Quess I should have bought more earlier!
