National Bank starts Coverage of CMG with $12.50 target

National Bank Launches Coverage of Computer Modelling Group; Up 2.8%

11:15 AM EST, 01/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- National Bank said Wednesday that it has initiated coverage on Computer Modelling Group Ltd. (CMG.TO) at outperform and a price target of C$12.50 based on the bank's multi-stage DCF that captures both the existing business and the M&A optionality.

"Computer Modelling Group (CMG) targets the global oil and gas industry with a suite of market-leading reservoir simulation software to optimize and derisk hydrocarbon production," the analysts noted.

Computer Modelling Group is a Canada-based global software and consulting company.
