options overhangInsiders seem intent on supressing the share price with the relentless eexcercising of options and selling into the bid ...granted they are making a good profit but does anyone know.. 1) what could be the reason for these actions as if left to the open market the share price would be markedly higher..everyone knows this company is worth at least double its current price...these guys could be making way more ??? 2) what is the fully diluted share count...i.e. how much options overhang? thanks in advance
