PDAC

PDACJust got back from PDAC and like to share with the board on a brief meeting this morning with Ken Bates, regarding CMK in general and in regards to New Elk. I was happy to thank Mr. Bates in person for his foresight and the hard work to get the company where it is today. He made it clear that the company does not want to report on " unlaid eggs" and that NR's will only come out when there is something concrete and material to report. Everything is said to be on track at New Elk and an announcement on coal sales will be forthcoming. The company has been approached in the past by overseas steel companies but he is not interested in a quick buck but rather wants to build the company value in the interest of shareholders. In due time and when New Elk is up and running the company will spend more efforts on some of the other coal properties and also on the Madgascar Iron Ore Property. The Cline Lake Gold Property does not seem to be on the radar screen right now and is more or less dormant until such time when funds and efforts can be directed towards this verey promising gold deposit. It is understandable that no further details were discussed in such a public place and with the AGM around the corner.

My feeling is that the man is really proud to have accomplished so much with Cline and that he has the energy and stamina to take this much much further.

Long on Cline and happy to be here
