My take on the associated cost of roughly 200 million $ is that the company is planning to be paying from cash flow in 2012. In conversations with board members they stated on numerous occasions not to be interested in further diluting the stock. For those on this board who ask for NR's on a monthly basis: you will be disappointed. These guys advise their overall plan and go to work to deliver the promise. When it's done they announce that fact without intermediate updates. Have patience folks.
