I do believe it and thats why I sold. I need losses for this year so this is one of them. I dont short ever. That is a crazy game.
If I am going to approach it with this type of mindset, then I will take the loss now when I believe it has peaked short term, wait the 30 days, and if I'm right, we will be continuing the down trend. I will entertain the idea of buying below $1.80. At that price, there is a margin of safety.
However, somebody could still come out of nowhere and try a takeover, so keep a little.
Bottom line, the insight provided to me was from what I consider a respected opinion.
Dont take my word for it, lets get some concrete numbers from Bates or whoever. If they were pumping that production at a solid rate, they would have said something, and the volume would be above average. MHSA was another concern.
If you get 80 MILL and its not happening, that is concerning.
