It is nature to assume that producers will always find ways to achieve pricing advantage through reducing input costs. I do believe HCC blends like what New Elk is producing will see similar pricing activity like PCI over the medium to long term. However, I do anticipate some softer pricing initially with New Elk coal mainly because Cline will have to offer a discount in exchange for potential new long term contracts.
