RE: Dow Jones U.S. Coal Index Last year, opportunity came knocking on CMK's doorsteps. A hot coal market. High coal prices. Coal mines were being bought out. And CMK had a coal mine ready to go. A plan in place. What a wonderful story management portrayed. Time has passed. Window of opportunity is closing. A series of missed targets followed by new targets followed again by missed target has unfolded. This cycle of disappointments after disappointment has resulted in a drain on cash. Multiple stock dilutions, sale of assets, and multiple loans have been made to salvage the dream, but still no meaningful coal production have taken place. Cline management has lost credibility. They just can't seem to execute. One can come up with excuses after excuses for management's dismal performance. Botton line is they are incompetent.
