there should be no excuses for lack of capital to bring mine up to top notch safety standards, i just do not get it
with so many citations companies can get on the msha hit list, i am not aware of whaT target is required to get on this list, but when companies get on it, the fines can be into 6 figures
i beleive cmk will do much as they can to exceed the safety standards
