Apparently Mr. Bates is a stronger believer that he is able to develop the mine by himself, assuming the high met coal price would stay there for years. with the NECC release on April 12, attributing the SP drop to current coal price, the foundation of the NECC's redeveloping feasibility has been shaken. Doubt on cline's sustainability, especially if 25mil drawdown in April has played huge pressure on SP.
well, I believe Mr. Bates will say sth shortly, perhaps, a big boy will take greater ownership of NECC.
